In a time when we are bombarded with so much information and there is so much going on in the world, it is so important, now more than ever, to be discerning of what you allow into your world and what you keep out of your world 🌎
We are what we consume and this goes for what we read, what we listen to, who we follow, the company we keep, the air we breathe as well as what we eat and drink 😬
So Gorgeous Soul, keep your boundaries, practice discernment and be ruthless with what you allow to take up space in your mind and in energy field 💪
Absorb only what supports you in becoming the highest version of yourself ✨
You might have heard this metaphor before, I loved it when I came across it during my coaching/counselling studies and it never loses its relevance, so I thought I’d share ☺️
Sometimes where you want to be in life, compared to where you are right now, can feel too big, too far away and too insurmountable 😔
To be honest, any worthy dream usually is, but sometimes because of this, it can get overwhelming even trying, when the end goal feels too unattainable 😔
It can be disheartening trying transform your health, your relationships, your self image, your life, your career, your confidence etc - because let’s face it : Transformation Takes Time and when the results aren’t quick enough, it can then lead to not trying at all and then falling even further away from your Dream Vision 😔
Remember; Eat that Elephant One bite at a time Gorgeous One ✅
Hold your Grand Vision steady and reverse engineer your goals so that you can make small steps every day towards becoming that person you want to be and manifesting that life you want to be living ✨
What’s the first step you can do today to move you closer to your Vision?✅
What’s the next step?✅
And the next?✅
And the next?✅
And so on - Keep going ✅
Eventually if you keep taking those bites you will have achieved your goals and your confidence and self esteem will have increased with every choice, every decision and every action to made on your journey 🙏 ... See MoreSee Less
Let's talk about Anger Each Element has connected emotions that work synergistically. If we are balanced in our Element, we will flow through our emotions harmoniously without getting stuck in an unhelpful or dysfunctional place And, well, if we are out of balance, we can end up in an unharmonious state that affects us & others in a negative way For our Wood Element, our synergistic emotions are Anger & Compassion Click for full blog - mailchi.mp/28c025aa0238/anger-and-your-wood-element... I recently had a client that had to pause her sessions, to focus on some health issues
It was such a shame, but I felt and knew intuitively she wasn’t ready to continue with the inner work, so the physical ailments were a good reason for her to put the deeper healing on pause ❤️🩹
There was too much Secondary Gain keeping her stuck but Hopefully she will resume in time because nothing changes if nothing changes😊
The truth is Changing your Life isn’t easy, there are events and emotions from your past that have to be dealt with and if you are not ready, it will seem easier to stay where you are ……..
But only in the short term 🤷♀️
Because when you reach out for help, support and guidance to heal and create something better for your life, that is your higher self calling you forward ✨
When the challenges arise, like changing ingrained habits, cultivating new rituals, reprogramming your thoughts and emotions, you’re Ego (lower self) will ALWAYS try to protect you and keep you safe - which means keeping you in the known program of emotions and behaviours (no matter how shitty and detrimental they are 🤦♀️)
Because in the Ego mind it is always “better the devil you know” - ie safe
Whereas in your Higher Mind it is always “do the work to be your best self, step outside your comfort zone and see the possibilities and opportunities appear” - life can be more than you ever imagined ✨
We are all at different stages in our healing which is why it’s so important to choose the right person and the right modality for you ……..
That’s why some people thrive on NLP which aids in reprogramming how we think and our mindset moving forward and why others thrive on Body Work,Hypnosis, EFT or My Favourite - Timeline Therapy (For inner child and emotional healing♥️)
There are so many options out there for you, when you are ready and as always I offer Holistically Integrated support that combines a number of different modalities personalised to you
So, Dear One, if you feeling your higher self calling you forward towards feeling happier, healthier, fulfilled and on purpose but you’re not sure where to start - let’s connect 🌸 ... See MoreSee Less
Vision, Direction, Planning and Manifestation 🌻 - With each new season comes new gifts & guidance on how we can best optimise our health & wellbeing, align, harness & co-create with the energy of our Wood Element yayay!! Each of our 5 Elements have synergistic emotions that work in harmony if we are balanced in our Element or can be extreme in a negative way if we are out balance ☯️
For our Wood Element, aligned with our season of Spring 🌼 our emotions are Anger & Compassion
Of all the emotions anger is possibly considered the most negative, we are taught from a very young age that anger is ‘bad’ and therefore is we feel anger then we must be ‘bad’ too
After all, ‘nice’ people don’t get angry do they? 🤷♀️
The negative view on anger is because if it gets out of control it can be and usually is harmful, but it is an emotion like any other and when expressed in a healthy functional way, Anger has an upwards rising energy that can be also used as an unstoppable force 🔥
Anger can come in many forms: frustration, irritability, rage and when manage and directed well can be the fuel to get things done ✅
All in alignment with our other Wood Element themes of Direction, Order and Planning - but more on that later 😉
The synergic emotions of Spring are Benevolence and Self Compassion, so let’s talk about Compassion and Self Compassion 💖
So often I find with clients and friends alike, we find it easy to feel compassion for others, for friends and family, children etc
But when it comes to ourselves, we are our own worst critic, high in judgment, standards and expectations…..
To bring yourself into balance swipe through the slides and take time to reflect on our Wood Element themes and on the last point for Compassion, ask yourself
How can I be more compassionate to myself? 💖🍃

Yes, it’s actually sad. I have an acute intuition so in my world it’s not forgotten. I can’t determine everything with or through my rationale mind. It’s not how I function.
Spring is a feeling within ✨🌸
Even though the 5 Elements are aligned with our actual seasons - (the main 4 anyway), we have all of the elements within us and because they each have their own energetic signatures, you don’t necessarily move into the next element bang on the calendar dates for each season
Let me go a bit deeper here ……..
For a current example here is the Southern Hemisphere
We have just had Winter, our Water Element 🌊- the directional flow of energy in Winter is inwards, which is why, if we are living in alignment with the season we will take that time to go within. To rest, reflect, heal and daydream of what we want to manifest ✨💙
Spring energy, however, flows upwards ⬆️
Think of the seed sprouting 🌱 or the tree growing out of the ground 🌲, upwards, then outwards
Spring is one of our Yang energy seasons which means it is more active than our Yin seasons of Winter and Autumn
The energy we feel when we are in our Wood Element is upwards and more expansive, which means we are ready and have the energy to take action on our visions and goals 🎉
Have a flick through for more Spring Wisdom and I will share more as we flow through this season and Element 🪵
But know this, if you haven’t felt the rise in energy yet, don’t be concerned, you may still be in your Water Element phase 💧
You will feel it when it changes 🎉

I love this ❤️ Now I start to become more alive. These are my seasons - spring and summer.
Why Hello Spring 🌼
As the seasons change so do we ✨
Have you ever wondered why you don’t have Summer 🔥 energy in Winter💧?
Or why Autumn 🍁 makes you want to shed and let go and why Spring 🌼 makes you want to detox (your body and your life)?
5 Element Theory dates back over 2000 years and is aligned with Traditional Chinese Medicine
It recognises that each season has a unique Element, Themes, Energetics and Practices to help us feel balanced, happy and whole when we are living in alignment with them 💚

Oh Dear, Remember Me 💙 Oh my……….. I have definitely been embodying the energies & essence of Winter, what about you? Winter is our most Yin season, which means it is our season for resting, replenishing & going within Because it is our lowest energy season, it’s the perfect season to slow down, do less, remove anything that doesn't serve us or fill our cup & conserve the finite energy that we do have Our WATER Element invites us to ...... follow the link to read more x
